I had a great experience at Plaza tire service today! I went in to have a flat tire fixed and everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They did a great job getting my tires taken care of quickly. I highly recommend Plaza tire service and will definitely be coming back!

Made an appointment at 8 AM for 2 vehicles to get an oil change and one of them to have tires rotated. Ended up with one being done an hour later and the other one taking 2 hours and 20 minutes. When we got out the door we found the techs had left the first vehicle running and unlocked in the parking lot for the last 80 minutes without telling us. I went back in and was told they would let the manager know. The guys were very nice and informative but the waste of 1/4 tank of gas at $3.75 a gallon was a punch in the gut.

Everyone was kind and positive attitudes. It was a busy day for them.There anniversary weekend with a lot of special prices. We had a 1:00 appt. For brakes. Got there at 12:30 and they didn’t get finished until almost 4. But I would go back for other auto needs. Seems like a really good business.

What a bunch of hacks. I went in with an appointment this past Friday at 1 for my second project vehicle and thought, heck yeah I’ll get this done in an hour and be on my way and not spend time hand aligning my own car. Well after an hour and a half with my infant daughter my car wasn’t in the bay, then at 4:00 they call me to tell me I need tie rods and a wheel bearing and there is wheel play on both sides. I tell them alright I’ll go ahead and check that out and change it all myself(I’m not letting a tire shop actually work on my car lol) Well I’m here at home, truck is lifted on a jack and lo a behold no wheel play side to side or up and down. I thought I’d give these guys a try since they were close to home, but I assure you they are just there to steal your money and do unnecessary work on your vehicle.

They did awesome job I told him 45 minutes to get an oil change and I got a deal and they made it happen. Great customer service Braxton is the store manager. He was awesome. Lewis checked me in. He did a good job and Mario did my oil change and he did a great job doing my oil change in 45 minutes. They did everything that I asked was great customer service.
